1.1. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to request a return of your booking for a Kiddypedia workshop or event. Our policy regarding returns is as follows:

1.2. Cancellation Window: You may request a cancellation and refund within 7 days from the date of booking, provided that the event or workshop has not taken place during this period. If the event or workshop has already occurred, refunds will not be issued.

1.4. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are eligible only for cancellations made within the specified cancellation window. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or cancellations made after the event or workshop has taken place.

3.1. In the event that Kiddypedia must cancel a workshop or event due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient bookings, customers will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative workshop or event.
