1. Returns

1.1. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to request a return of your booking for a Kiddypedia workshop or event. Our policy regarding returns is as follows:

1.2. Cancellation Window: Refunds are not allowed within 3 days of the actual event date.

1.3. Cancellation Process: To request a cancellation and refund, please contact our customer support team at marketing@kiddypedia-inc.com or +60125586015 (WhatsApp).

1.4. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are eligible only for cancellations made within the specified cancellation window. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or cancellations made after the event or workshop has taken place.

3. Changes and Cancellations by the Provider

3.1. In the event that Kiddypedia must cancel a workshop or event due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient bookings, customers will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative workshop or event.
